He oversees organizational operations, financial stewardship, and regulatory compliance while ensuring person-centered service delivery. Alex brings extensive experience in policy development, interagency collaboration, and operational oversight across complex systems. His leadership balances accountability with compassion, ensuring programs prioritize safety, inclusion, and long-term stability for individuals and families served.

Anastacia Kaloudis is a collaborative and strategic human services professional with over 15 years of experience in criminal justice, child welfare, disability services, and program administration. She specializes in trauma-informed care, crisis response, staff supervision, and compliance with state and federal standards. Anastacia has led multidisciplinary teams, developed programs, and advocated for inclusive, culturally responsive services that empower individuals and families. She brings deep expertise in systems navigation, restorative practices, and person-centered planning.

Educational Leader & Administrator

Chelsea Ginder is an experienced educational leader with a strong background in school administration, curriculum development, and community engagement. She has successfully opened and led new school campuses, growing enrollment and staff while guiding teams through accreditation and continuous improvement processes. Known for her collaborative leadership style, Chelsea excels in staff development, family and community outreach, and implementing systems that support student success and safety. She holds a Washington State Principal License and brings over a decade of experience in instructional leadership, budgeting, and program development.

Gus Papadopulos is a dependable and compassionate Direct Support Professional with paid experience supporting individuals with disabilities in both home and community settings. His background includes de-escalation, transportation support, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to implement individualized care strategies. Gus brings a calm, respectful, and safety-focused approach to his work and has completed all required Direct Care Staff training, including CPR, First Aid, and trauma-informed care. His prior experience in law enforcement and military service further contributes to his professionalism, reliability, and commitment to structured, ethical care.

Kostas maintains strict confidentiality standards and completes ongoing professional training annually, including CPR and First Aid certification. He is dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve their goals while fostering inclusive, supportive environments.

Sadie Gunn is an experienced Case Manager with a strong background supporting adults and youth involved in the criminal justice system, as well as individuals with mental health, developmental disabilities, and complex stabilization needs. She has extensive experience in risk assessment, court documentation, crisis response, and multidisciplinary coordination across Washington and Oregon. Sadie is highly organized, ethical, and skilled in navigating community resources to promote stability, compliance, and long-term success for individuals and families.

Reagan Bass brings over 15 years of experience in caregiving, care coordination, and advocacy for individuals with complex medical, physical, and behavioral health needs. She has worked across home care, family support, medication coordination, and community-based services, with a strong focus on person-centered care and ethical practice. Reagan is a certified Pharmacy Technician and has extensive experience supporting individuals with daily living needs, service coordination, and safety advocacy while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and strong community partnerships.
