MISSION
Stepping Stones NW LLC is committed to providing safe, trauma-informed, and person-centered residential care for youth in foster care. Our mission is to support healing, stability, and growth for youth who have experienced trauma by providing individualized care, strong community connections, and opportunities to build life skills that lead to long-term success and independence.
We work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and community partners to help youth develop resilience, strengthen relationships, and achieve permanency in supportive and nurturing environments.

Stepping Stones NW LLC is committed to meeting the highest standards of residential care. Our program is currently working toward national accreditation required for Qualified Residential Treatment Programs (QRTPs), ensuring our services align with best practices in trauma-informed treatment, youth-centered care, and family engagement.
While completing the accreditation process, our program provides a highly structured, trauma-informed residential setting designed to support youth who may have:
• Complex trauma histories
• Behavioral and emotional regulation challenges
• Multiple placement disruptions
• Intensive supervision or stabilization needs
• Co-occurring behavioral health needs
Our program model focuses on stabilization, skill development, and preparation for family-based or community placements whenever possible.
